Research on Private Water Supplies

I am a researcher at the University of Stirling and I am investigating private water supply quality in Scotland. I am particularly interested in how users of private water supplies perceive the quality of their water and how effective the current support is for improving private supplies.
I have created a short survey and anybody who currently has (or has previously had) a private water supply can complete it.

I’m looking for around 50 responses and anybody who completes the survey will be given the chance to enter a prize draw to win £25 supermarket vouchers.
