Floodline Service Changes

We have updated the system that sends our flood messages and we would like to make you aware of a few changes. Please take the time to read our updated terms and conditions and privacy notices.

We have listened to your comments about the service and made changes based on your feedback.

The new customer website myfloodline.sepa.scot is more accessible and easier to use. 

The website now allows you to edit all your details. You can add multiple areas to receive flood warning or flood alert messages for. Contact channels can be edited and can now include email.

We have removed the need for a priority on your contact channels. So all registered contact channels will be contacted at the same time.

You can also deregister from the service if it is no longer required.

Please log into your account to check your details are up to date.
