Border Counties Rally

Schedule of closures

Closure 1
The following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7:00 to 22:00 on Saturday
10th May 2025. The closure is required to allow the start / finish of the border
Counties Rally to take place. – Abbey Place / Abbey Bridge End, Jedburgh (From its junction with Castlegate to its
junction with the A68).
Alternative route:-
Southbound via – North on Castle Gate, East on Cannongate, South on the A68 and
North on Abbey Bridge End to point of closure.
Northbound – The above in reverse.

Closure 2
The following Car Park will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7:00 to 22:00 on
Saturday 10th May 2025. The closure is to accommodate vehicles associated with the
Border Counties Rally. - Murray’s Green Car Park (Abbey Place)

Closure 3
The following Car Park will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7:00 to 22:00 on
Saturday 10th May 2025. The closure is to accommodate vehicles associated with the
Border Counties Rally. - Lothian Park Car Park

Closure 4
The following Car Park will be closed to vehicular traffic from 17:00 on the 9th May
to 20:00 on Saturday 10th May 2025. The closure is to accommodate vehicles
associated with the Border Counties Rally. - -
Waverley Car Park, Newtown St Boswells
Mart Road Car Park, Newtown St Boswells
