On 11th November 2018 - 100 years on from World War One, local resident Charlie Robertson pays tribute to the fallen at the War Memorial in the grounds of Eckford Parish Church.  Community Council Chairman, Malcolm McGregor laid a poppy wreath in remembrance of the young local men who gave their lives for their country during WW1 and in following conflicts - their names can be found carved into the memorial - lest we forget!
